Expert nutritionist Bridgeen Duffy (Wellness Coach Ireland) will support a personalised nutritional context to the deeper inner work we’ll be focussing on each week.

To protect the privacy of all participants, the sessions aren’t recorded.

We want to get the very most out of the course, so if you really can’t make one, Cara will be in contact to provide you with an overview of what the group covered, so you’re all caught up and ready for the next session.
